Hello everyone!

I am looking at getting a PPL out in the USA I am from the UK would any one beable to tell me what the best way of getting one would be I have looked into it and it seems a lot cheaper then the UK is this to good to be true????

I am 16 years old (if this helps) would 6000 allow me to get a PPL with night and IMC raiting
