Importing rules into Barracuda Spam/Firewall - Spiceworks Community

We are moving from a server with GFI Mail Essentials + Mail Security to a Spam/Firewall 100.

Having had a good look at the setup I see that the creation of whitelists and blacklists for keywords and email addresses is a lot more involved than in the GFI setup.

Now I'd like to think that our support company (whose idea the Barracuda was) will be adding the existing whitelists and blacklists to the Barracuda, but further down the line I will probably be the one looking after it.

Any one know of any tools or methods for making the addition of rules easier? System admin is supposed to be a very minor part of my workload.
