Transition Networks Achieves MEF Certification for ION Network Interface Devices
, Today announced that its latest network interface devices (NIDs) have been certified to MEF 9, MEF 14 and MEF 21 requirements. These NIDs are designed for business Ethernet and mobile backhaul applications and are part of the company's flagship suite of products from ION. Compliance testing and certification were performed by Iometrix, Inc., a leading independent test laboratory on behalf of the Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF).
