Antivirus 360 v. Norton Internet Security? | Antivirus Software ...
Ok, I could very well be totally off the mark.
I have Norton Internet Security, and my current subscription expires in about a month and half. Within the past few days I realized my computer was infected with antivirus 360, so first I contacted Norton to determine what it was (I’m not the most computer savvy) and how to remove it. The only thing they told me was that I HAVE to have one of their techs remote connect to my system and for an additional fee of $ 99 they would remove it, and that their section with info on how to remove such programs did not contain either instructions or a program to remove it, my only option is pay an extra $ 99 on top of whatever I had already paid for the program.
